ЖУРНАЛ «ВЕСТНИК МЕТРОЛОГА» ИЗДАЕТСЯ И РАСПРОСТРАНЯЕТСЯ НА РУССКОМ ЯЗЫКЕ.

с 2005 года. В журнале «Вестник метролога» публикуются научные статьи по всем разделам метрологии. К публикации принимаются законченные оригинальные работы по фундаментальным исследованиям в области метрологии; научные статьи, содержащие новые экспериментальные результаты; методические работы, включающие описание новых методик выполнения измерений; материалы теоретического характера с изложением новых принципов, подходов к обеспечению единства и точности измерений и др. Статья должна содержать четкую постановку задачи и выводы с указанием области применения результатов. Направляя свою статью в журнал, автор подтверждает, что присланный в редакцию материал ранее нигде не был опубликован (за исключением статей, представленных на научных конференциях, но не опубликованных в полном объеме, а также тех, которые приняты к публикации в виде материалов научной конференции, обычно в форме тезисов, части лекции, обзора или диссертации) и не находится на рассмотрении в других изданиях. Автор дает согласие на издание статьи на русском языке в журнале «Вестник метролога». При согласовании отредактированной статьи автор должен сообщить в редакцию по электронной почте о согласии на публикацию на русском языке. Подавая статью, автор должен ставить в известность редактора о всех предыдущих публикациях этой статьи, которые могут рассматриваться как множественные или дублирующие публикации той же самой или близкой по смыслу работы. Автор должен уведомить редактора о том, содержит ли статья уже опубликованные материалы. В таком случае в новой статье должны присутствовать ссылки на предыдущую публикацию. Все представленные статьи рецензируются. Датой принятия статьи считается дата получения положительной рецензии. При разногласиях между автором и рецензентами окончательное решение о целесообразности публикации статьи принимает редакционный совет журнала. В случае отклонения статьи редакционным советом дальнейшая переписка с автором прекращается. Авторам, гражданам России, следует представить экспертное заключение о том, что работа может быть опубликована в открытой печати. Экспертное заключение может быть прислано в печатном виде или по электронной почте в сканированном виде. Публикация статей в журнале осуществляется бесплатно. Оттиски опубликованных статей авторам не высылаются.

Статьи в редакцию следует представлять в напечатанном виде в 2-х экземплярах с приложением электронного носителя CD-R/CD-RW или присылать по электронной почте. Все файлы должны быть проверены антивирусной программой! Объем статьи, включая аннотации на русском и английском языках, таблицы, подписи к рисункам, библиографический список, не должен превышать 15 машинописных страниц, количество рисунков – не более 4-х (рисунки а, б считаются как два). Аннотация должна быть краткой, не более 10 строк (до 250 слов), коротко и ясно описывать основные результаты работы. Ключевых слов – не более 7. Название статьи, фамилии авторов и место работы, аннотация и ключевые слова должны быть приведены на русском и английском языках. Материал статьи – текст, включая аннотации на русском и английском языках, список литературы, подписи к рисункам и таблицы, оформляются одним файлом, графические материалы – отдельными файлами с соответствующей нумерацией (рис. 1, рис. 2 и т. д.). Статья должна содержать УДК. Статья должна быть подписана автором (авторами) с указанием фамилии, имени и отчества полностью, ученой степени, ученого звания, места работы, контактных телефонов, электронного адреса.

При подготовке материалов должны быть использованы следующие компьютерные программы и нормативные документы. Текстовый материал должен быть набран в Microsoft Office Word 2007 (или более поздние версии); шрифт основного текста Times New Roman, размер шрифта – 14, межстрочный интервал – полуторный, выравнивание по ширине; параметры страницы – верхнее поле 2,3 см, нижнее 2,3 см, левое 3,9 см, правое 1,5 см; для оформления текста можно использовать курсив или полужирный.  Статьи присылать с минимумом форматирования, не использовать стили и шаблоны. Все условные обозначения, приведенные на рисунках, необходимо пояснить в основном или подрисуночных текстах. Размер рисунка не должен превышать 14× 20 см. Формулы должны быть набраны в MS Word с помощью над- и подстрочных знаков, специальных символов или в программе MathType (версия 4.0 и выше). Показатели степеней и индексы должны быть набраны выше или ниже строки буквенных обозначений, к которым они относятся: К12, А3, В2. Формулы должны быть единообразными и целыми, т. е. недопустимо величины в одной формуле набирать в разных программах. После формулы должна быть приведена экспликация (расшифровка всех приведенных буквенных обозначений величин). Последовательность расшифровки буквенных обозначений должна соответствовать последовательности расположения этих обозначений в формуле. Нумеровать следует только наиболее важные формулы, на которые есть ссылка в последующем тексте. Таблицы (и ссылки на них) должны иметь последовательные порядковые номера и заголовки. Единицы измерений и буквенные обозначения физических величин должны отвечать требованиям ГОСТ 8.417–2002 «ГСИ. Единицы величин», а термины – требованиям соответствующих государственных стандартов. В библиографических ссылках фамилии авторов и названия журналов и книг следует указывать в оригинальной транскрипции. Ссылки дают в соответствии с ГОСТ 7.0.5–2008 «Система стандартов по информации, библиотечному и издательскому делу. Библиографическая ссылка. Общие требования и правила составления». Для книг указывают фамилию и инициалы автора, заглавие, том (часть, выпуск), место, название издательства, год издания. Для журнальных статей – фамилию и инициалы автора, названия статьи и журнала, год издания, том или часть, номер (выпуск), страницы. Ссылки в тексте на источники, указанные в списке используемой литературы, отмечаются цифрами в квадратных скобках, в порядке упоминания в тексте, например [1], [2 – 4]. В библиографическом списке должно быть указано не менее 2–3 работ, опубликованных за последние 10 лет.

«Vestnik Metrologa» magazine is published and extends in Russian since 2005. «Vestnik Metrologa» scientific articles according to all sections of metrology are published in the magazine. To the publication the finished original operations on basic researches in the field of metrology are accepted; the scientific articles containing new experimental results; the methodical operations including the description of new techniques of execution of measurements; materials of theoretical character with presentation of the new principles, approaches to support of unity and accuracy of measurements, etc. Article shall contain accurateproblem definition and outputs with specifying of a scope of results. Sending the article to log, the author confirms that the material sent to edition wasn’t published earlier anywhere (except for the articles provided at scientific conferences, but not published in full and also those which are accepted to the publication in the form of materials of a scientific conference is normal in the form of theses, a part of a lecture, the review or the thesis) and isn’t under consideration in other issuings. The author agrees to issuing of article in Russian in Bulletin of the Metrologist log. In case of coordination of the edited article the author shall report in edition by e-mail about a consent to the publication in Russian. Submitting article, the author shall inform the editor of all previous publications of this article which can be considered as multiple or duplicating the same publication or faithful operation. The author shall notify the editor on whether article contains already published materials. In that case at new article there shall be links to the previous publication. All provided articles are reviewed. The date of receipt of the positive review is considered acceptance date of article. In case of disagreements between the author and reviewers the final decision on feasibility of the publication of article is made by editorial council of log. In case of a rejection of article by editorial council further correspondence with the author stops. To authors, citizens of Russia, it is necessary to provide the expert opinion that operation can be published in the open printing. The expert opinion can be sent in printed form or by e-mail in the scanned look. The publication of articles in log is carried out free of charge. Prints of the published articles aren’t sent to authors.

Articles in edition should be presented in the printed form in duplicate with application of the CD-R/CD-RW electronic medium or to send by e-mail. All files shall be checked by the anti-virus program! Article volume, including summaries in the Russian and English languages, tables, signatures to figures, the bibliography, shan’t exceed 15 typewritten pages, quantity of figures – no more than 4 (figures and, would be considered as two). The summary shall be short, no more than 10 lines (to 250 words), shortly and it is clear to describe the main results of operation. Keywords – no more than 7. The name of article, surname of authors and the place of operation, the summary and keywords shall be given in the Russian and English languages. Article material – the text, including summaries in the Russian and English languages, the list of references, signatures to figures and tables, are made out by one file, graphic materials – separate files with the appropriate numbering (fig. 1, fig. 2 etc.). Article shall contain UDC (Universal Decimal Classification). Article shall be signed by the author (authors) with specifying of a surname, name and middle name completely, an academic degree, an academic status, the place of operation, contact phones, the e-mail address.

By preparation of materials the following computer programs and normative documents shall be used. Text material shall be collected in Microsoft Office Word 2007 (or later versions); a font of the body text Times New Roman, type size – 14, line spacing – one-and-a-half, alignment on width; page setup – a top margin of 2,3 cm, the lower 2,3 cm, the left 3,9 cm, the right 1,5 cm; for design of the text it is possible to use italic type or bold. To send articles with a formatting minimum, not to use styles and templates. All reference designations given on figures need to be explained in the main or captions. The size of a figure shan’t exceed 14×20 of cm. Formulas shall be collected in MS Word with the help over — and subscript signs, special characters or in the MathType program (version 4.0 above). Indices of levels and indexes shall be collected above or lines of letter symbols which they treat are lower: К12, А3, В2 or lines of letter symbols to which they belong are lower: К12, А3, В2. Formulas shall be uniform and whole, i.e. inadmissibly gain values in one formula in different programs.

After a formula the explication (decryption of all given letter symbols of values) shall be given. The sequence of decryption of letter symbols shall correspond to the sequence of layout of these designations in a formula. It is necessary to number only the most important formulas on which there is a link in the subsequent text. Tables (and references to them) shall have sequential sequence numbers and titles.
